Instant Pot Salmon

This Instant Pot salmon dish is ready in just 10 minutes, including prep time, and provides you with a flavorful salmon dish when serving dinner for two (or four).

Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup water
  • Juice from 1 lemon about ½ cup
  • Lemon slices
  • 4-5 sprigs of fresh dill
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Pour water and lemon juice into instant pot
  2. Add lemon slices and dill
  3. Add metal trivet into pot
  4. Add 1 fillet, cut to fit if needed
  5. Add lemon slices on top of salmon
  6. Sprinkle of salt and pepper
  7. Secure the Instant Pot lid and turn the pressure release value to seal
  8. Use the manual setting to high pressure cook for 4 minutes, add 1 minute if your fillet is thick or frozen
  9. When Instant Pot is done cooking, release pressure value to vent and release the pressure
  10. Serve salmon immediately
  11. Store leftovers in refrigerator
